REQUEST FOR APPROVAL AND EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY STAY OF FOREIGNERS CAN BE SUBMITTED ONLINE FROM 01.04.2021.
In the Official Gazette no. 159/2020 of 30.12.2020. The Rulebook on detailed conditions for submitting a Request for temporary residence permit electronically was published, which stipulates that from 01.04.2021. foreign citizens can submit a Request for approval and / or extension of temporary residence from abroad and from the territory of the Republic of Serbia on the form provided as an attachment to the Rulebook, through the "eUprava Portal", within the service on the domain called "Livinginserbia".
In case the conditions for granting temporary residence are met, the foreigner is sent a notification on the date and address of the competent authority in his Unified electronic mailbox on the Portal, where the foreigner's personal presence is mandatory, in order to have a stamp of approved temporary residence.
