Labor Law ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 24/2005, 61/2005, 54/2009, 32/2013, 75/2014, 13/2017 - US decision, 113/2017 and 95/2018 - authentic interpretation) and the Law on Safety and Health at Work ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 101/2005, 91/2015 and 113/2017 - other law) prescribe obligations for employers.
On the website of the competent Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs https://www.minrzs.gov.rs/sr/dokumenti/ostalo/kontrolne-liste-inspekcijski-nadzor, you can see the "Checklists" applied by the Labor Inspectorate during check the legality of the Employer's work.
According to the "Checklists", check the compliance of your business with the provisions of the Law, in order to prevent possible fines that can be up to 2.000.000,00 RSD.
